Mother’s Day Mommy & Me Photos in Castle Rock | 2026 Sessions

There is something so special about the connection between a mother and her children. The way little hands reach for you, the snuggles, the laughter — these are the moments that deserve to be remembered.

As moms, we are usually the ones behind the camera, capturing memories for everyone else. Mother’s Day sessions are a chance for you to finally step into the frame and have beautiful images with the little ones who made you a mom.

This year, I’m so excited to offer Mother’s Day Mommy & Me sessions in my Castle Rock studio designed to capture those soft, timeless moments between you and your babies.

A Beautiful Studio Setup Designed for Moms

These sessions take place in my Castle Rock photography studio, where I’ve created a soft and elegant setup that focuses on connection and emotion.

The goal of these sessions is simple:

beautiful, natural images of moms and their children together.

Expect a relaxed environment where you can cuddle your babies, laugh with your toddlers, and simply enjoy the moment together while I capture it.

These portraits make the perfect Mother’s Day gift and become some of the most treasured photos families keep for years.

Two Session Options Available | Denver Family Photographer

To give families flexibility, I’m offering two different session types this year.

Mother’s Day Mini Sessions

Perfect for moms who want a few beautiful portraits with their children.

Mini sessions include:

• Short and sweet studio session

• Time for multiple poses with your kids

• A curated gallery of images to choose from

These sessions are designed to be simple, quick, and meaningful.

Mother’s Day Half Sessions

If you’d love a little more time and variety, the half session is a wonderful option.

Half sessions allow for:

• More posing and connection moments

• Individual photos of the kids

• A relaxed pace during your session

• A larger gallery of images to choose from

This option is perfect for families with multiple children or moms who want a little more variety in their final images.

What to Wear for Your Session

Mother’s Day portraits photograph beautifully with soft, neutral colors.

Some favorite choices include:

• Creams and whites

• Soft pastels

• Light florals

• Simple, timeless dresses

The focus of these sessions is the connection between you and your children, so simple and classic outfits photograph best.

When to Book Mother’s Day Photos

Mother’s Day sessions are very limited each year because they take place over a small number of studio dates.

My VIP email list receives early access to booking before sessions are released publicly. This gives families the opportunity to reserve their preferred time before spots fill.

Once sessions open to the public, they often book quickly.

Why Moms Love These Sessions

Many moms tell me after their session:

"I realized I barely have any photos with my kids."

These portraits become something incredibly meaningful — not just for you, but for your children someday too.

One day, your kids will look back at these images and see how much they were loved and held close.
